Educational TrainingCPD & curriculum support

Training that moves the numbers.

CPD facilitation across schools and partner organisations, and a track record of moving partner schools from below to above national expectations. Training is bespoke, evidence-informed, and built to be usable on Monday morning.

"Hiral worked closely with our school on English writing provision. Our Key Stage 2 outcomes improved by 18% — from below national expectations to above, for both expected and greater depth standards." — Mrs K. Portou, Assistant Head

CPD that lasts

Bespoke CPD programmes designed around your School Development Plan. Sessions that don't end with a feedback form and a folder no one opens again — but with strategies your staff can apply in the next lesson.

  • Helping staff and pupils reach their potential
  • Developing a CPD programme that supports your SDP
  • Incorporating coaching into your CPD and performance management cycle
  • Coaching that builds on identified strengths and helps develop next steps

Teaching & Learning topics

Coaching principles for pupils. Learning beyond the classroom — how a coaching stance changes how children think about their own work.

Metacognition. What it looks like in the classroom, and how small changes to planning can transform learning for every pupil.

Pedagogy. What is pedagogy? How do we keep pedagogical principles at the heart of practice when the workload pushes everything else?

Adaptive teaching. What it is, why it matters, and how to do it without doubling preparation time.

Questioning skills. Asking the right question at the right time can create a lifelong memory. The craft of questioning, broken down and practised.

English — reading and writing. Everything from Talk-for-Writing implementation to building a coherent reading culture across phases.

Diverse curriculum design. Building a curriculum that reflects the changing landscape — drawing on the work I led at my own school to embed curriculum diversity.

Format

Single-session workshops, half-day intensives, full-day INSETs, or year-long support programmes — usually a mix. Most schools start with a scoping conversation and a half-day audit before committing to a longer programme.
